Custos is operated by Lead Catalyst Tech LLP. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

For the early-access list we collect the email address you submit, and any role or active-cases answer you choose to share. When the product launches, the accounting service will also process the financial records you choose to connect or upload, so we can prepare your fiduciary accountings.

How we use it

We use your email only to contact you about Custos early access and launch. We do not sell your information. Product data is used to run the service you ask for, and nothing more.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and the service: Web3Forms for the form, PostHog for analytics, and our hosting provider. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is logged. When the product launches, bank connections are read only and Custos never moves money. Your client financials stay with you.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or remove your information at any time by writing to hello@custos.leadcatalyst.in. We action a verified request within thirty days.
