These terms govern your use of Custos, operated by Lead Catalyst Tech LLP, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Early access

Joining the early-access list does not create an account or a contract. It tells us you are interested, and lets us email you about launch. Custos is not yet generally available.

The service

Custos is software for preparing fiduciary accountings. It produces a court-ready annual account, with principal and income tracked separately, that balances to the penny. Custos prepares the account; the fiduciary files it.

Not legal or accounting advice

Custos is not a law firm or an accounting firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Court forms and filing requirements vary by jurisdiction (GC-400 and GC-405 in California, PC 584 in Michigan, Rule 5.346 in Florida, GN-3500 in Wisconsin, Article 81 in New York, plus the ACTEC national standard). You are responsible for confirming the format your court requires and for reviewing every figure before you file.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or disrupt the service. We may change or withdraw early access at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

Custos is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months.
